Une exposition qui vient d’ouvrir au musée des Arts et des Sciences de Daytona Beach en Floride : East Meets West: Decorative Hand Fans from Europe and China in the Collection. (L’Est à la rencontre de l’Ouest : les éventails d’Europe et de Chine dans les collections du musée). L’idée est née de l’exposition d’une partie de sa collection organisée l’automne dernier, au musée de Daytona Beach, par Judy Bush, membre du FANA.
Cette manifestation a donné l’envie au conservateur de monter une exposition à partir des éventails du musée.

Fan Exhibit: The Museum of Arts and Sciences in Daytona Beach, Florida just opened the exhibit, East Meets West: Decorative Hand Fans from Europe and China in the Collection. FANA member, Judy Bush, showed part of her collection at the Museum last fall. The curator was so inspired by Judy that the Museum mounted an exhibit of its own collection. The fans are on display in the Bouchelle Changing Gallery until February 14, 2021.
